Pictures published on eventpictures.com are viewable by anyone, unless photographer has password-protected the event, in which case he is responsible for giving the password only to the right parties. Photographers will typically have permission from the event organizer to make their pictures available on the Internet, unless the event is in a public place, in which case the photographer does not need permission to do so. If you would like to have your picture removed you should contact the photographer directly at the email address listed in the ‘photographer card’. To report pictures which violate your privacy, such as from a private event for which the photographer has not got permission to publish the pictures, send email to inproper-content@eventpictures.com.

Your information and our Photographers

Your contact and payment information is never given to any photographer without informing you first. After you place an order we notify the photographer. The photographer can see only your name, the pictures and merchandise you purchased, and the amount of the order.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Eventpictures website. This notice does not apply to information collected in any other of Bluewire Enterprises' properties. The following types of personal information may be collected:
